
Viola Adelita Trujillo, 93, of Laramie, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025. She was born March 19, 1931 in Monte Vista, Colorado to Joe I. and Dora M. (Torres) Samora.
Viola married Ernest Trujillo on October 13, 1945.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Trujillo; her son, Ernest Jr; her parents, and eight siblings Effie, Mabel, Lucinda, Lillian, Bobby, Priscilla, David, and Gina.
She is survived by son, Teddy (Rebecca) Trujillo of Laramie; her grandsons, Troy (Lynn) Trujillo and Timothy (Amy) Trujillo all of Laramie; her great grandchildren, Michael (Ashly) Trujillo, Natasha Trujillo, Ashleigh (Jarrod) Basham, and Dalton Trujillo; her great-great grandchildren, Tayden Trujillo, Teagan Basham, Rylie Basham, Ethan Candelaria, Ezra Trujillo and Ellieana Candelaria.
Rosary Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2025 at St. Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church. Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2025 at St. Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
