  • Scott McGary

I am so very sorry I never even heard anything about this. He was my cousin one of many. The one thing I’m sure everyone knows and will always remember about Tim is that He was 6‘10“ tall. My father and his father (Ivan) my Uncle used to talk almost every weekend at either our house or his house. I wish I was closer to more of my cousins. Scott Dale McGary 2/17/2024

We are so sorry to hear of your great loss, your family will continually be in our thoughts and prayers. I know Tim as Erin’s Dad, and although I didn’t know him as well as most, he definitely left an impression on my heart. I remember meeting your Dad in Hawaii when your parents were in town for a visit. I remember your Dad’s face, full of joy, he was such a kind, friendly man, I felt like I had always known him. I had the privilege of giving him a new hairstyle, which became a sort of makeover & was a lot of fun. I’ll never forget how shocked everyone was his mustache was gone. He seemed to get a kick out of the surprise. I loved his fun heart and joyful way. He clearly touched many lives while on Earth, what an example of a life lived for God. Sending hugs and prayers from California to Wyoming. Lots of Love, Ben & Lindsay Donde

Deb and family a very big shock to hear. A gentle giant must be needed in heaven. For that is what he was here on earth.I worked with Tim for many years out of the Cheyenne maintenance office. He would always lend a helping hand from shoving out stuck semi's in winter to picking up traffic cones for the Thunder birds. His efforts during storm events helped get countless people out of sever weather conditions and to safety. For all he did he was ever humble about his part.He will be missed.

  • Rick, Terri, Derek & Carroll Colling

Deb, Erin, Kaylan and Family, Our heartfelt condolences to all of you over Tim's passing. Tim was a part of my life for over 30 years and I will greatly miss him. I think for everyone there are those rare people that come into your life that lead by example and you realize that you should endeavor to be more like them. Their strengths and virtues just shine and they become inspirational for others to follow their great example. Tim was just such a man for me and I have benefited from his wisdom, kindness and thoughtfulness through the years. In my conversations with Tim over the years he often talked about all of you and how proud he was of his family and their accomplishments. A short time ago he held the door open for us at Laramie Chapel as we attended the children's Christmas Play. He told us in glorious fashion about his own families celebration of Christmas in Dallas and was beaming with pride as he showed us pictures of his Daughter suspended in air as an angel in their presentation. Tim was obviously a man of God and we know he is in Heaven now. We will miss Tim dearly. May God bless and comfort you in this time. With Our Deepest Sympathies - Rick, Terri, Derek & Carroll Colling

  • Diane Archerd

Deb, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember first time I met Tim. I was working in Finals Office in Laramie. I was asked to meet Tim at Buford to hand off some documents to be taken back to Cheyenne. I asked how would I know Tim. Everyone laughed. They said look for a tall bean pole. I am very short and he is so tall. He bought me a soda and we introduced ourselves to each other. That day began a lasting friendship of 38 years. I transferred to Procurement in Cheyenne and worked with him in different capacity. He took a great deal of pride in his job. That was reflected in his ability to work with others. We always would tease him about I-80 Summit. He did his best to keep it open. He was the perfect fit for that job. My husband Jim worked with Tim as well. He will be missed. May God Bless you, the girls and all the family. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.
