My condolences to the family. Phil was a man I once knew
Phil, since you stopped working for the Town of Hanna, I had missed you. We had many good discussions of water and wastewater sitting in a boat on the ponds. Not only were you a professional that I knew from the industry that we got the opportunity to get to know each other but you were a friend and very much like a brother to me. Phil, I will always remember you for the laughter that you brought to so many of us over the years. Rest in Peace my Friend...My Brother. I am always going to miss you.
Thoughts and prayers to family, our pleasure to take care of him at Hospice. Enjoyed getting to know you all and see your sweet support. A long ride with courage and pride for Phil .
Sending prayers for comfort and peace to family and friends.
Going to be missed so much. Phil was a great man and a great brother
May he Rest In Peace. I will forever be grateful to him for being the Dad and Grandpa, he didn’t have to be. My dearest condolences to the entire family.
