Paul Russell Clarke was born August 24, 1953 in San Rafael, California, Paul left this world July 6, 2020 in Billings, Montana. He was only 67 at the time of his death.

Paul was currently living in Sheridan, WY before he had passed in Billings, MT at Saint Vincent Hospital.

Paul was in the military for over a decade, then he started working for the postal service until his retirement.  Paul then moved to Sheridan, WY in 2012 and lived the remainder of his life there. Paul loved fishing, golfing and his Broncos.

Paul is preceded in death by his father, Russell John Clarke; his mother, Lillian Patricia Kane; and his brother, Dan.

He is survived by his daughter, Angela Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Jesse, Vanessa, Evonne, Lonnie, Alyssa, and his great grandchildren, Jordynn, Kallageno, Vasenna, Jesse-Vincent, Natalie, and Beya.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home with Military Honors by the Wyoming National Guard and the Laramie Veterans Honor Guard.
