Mildred Louise (Sobotka) Fox Valora died peacefully on April 3. 2024. She was born in 1929 and was the third of four children in a farming family near Inman, Nebraska. She graduated first in her class of nine at Inman High School. She went to Kearney State College on a scholarship and became a teacher at rural one-room schools. In 1951 she married Richard William Fox, a son of a farming family with whom she had some happy years and raised 3 sons. After he became severely manic-depressive, they divorced and she took up real estate sales, working for Century 21. She eventually met and married Frank Valora, with whom she lived very happily with for many years until his death.
Mildred was the best Mom and Grandma that she knew how to be, which was very good indeed. She is survived by 3 sons and 4 grandchildren.

A graveside service and burial will take place at Greenhill Cemetery, Row K, Laramie Wyoming at 2PM Wednesday April 10th.
