Sorry to hear of Mickey passing! I worked with her at UW. She was a great person to work with! My condolences and prayers for the family!
I miss my visits in her home and later at Spring Winds in Laramie. This picture of her is so Mickey! I loved that laugh and her quiet grin.
I was first cousin to Maxine. Our mother's were sisters Carrie Estelle Provost and Doris Provost. We grew up together in Heber City with lots of fun memories until they left to move to Laramie, Wyoming. I called her about every two months and visited about 2 hours each time and enjoyed each others memories until she didn't have a phone. My brother Val and I went up to Laramie and visited with her and other family members for two days. She always wanted to be baptized and Golden snuck her over to the church so she could be baptized. We talked a lot about family histories a lot. She said she wanted to be able to go to the temple. I have fond memories of her and she will be greatly missed.
Yes she loved the church and talked often about the temple. She loved reading her church books and magazines. I have such special memories with her.
