Linda Lee Johnson passed away at home August 4^th, 2023 after a short bout with cancer. She was born in Laramie, the daughter of Alonzo Vass and Helen McGarrity Vass.

She graduated from Laramie High School and the University of Wyoming majoring in music. She was active in her church, teaching Sunday school and playing the piano. After college, she worked as a flight attendant and later opened her own real estate company. She was also an accomplished athlete as a drum majorette for the University of Wyoming and later swimming in the Senior Nationals. Linda was a giving person and will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

She had one brother, Thomas, who predeceased her.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Gary Johnson; two children from a previous marriage, Jeffrey (Jessica) Goetz and Matthew Goetz; her grandchildren, Blase, Jackson, Dexter, Vassy and Adelina.

Graveside services will take place at 9:00 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2023 at Green Hill Cemetery, where Linda will be laid to rest in the Vass family plot.
