Karen Ruth Arcoren, 60, of Casper, formerly of Laramie, WY died Friday, January 13, 2017 at the All About Family Facility in Casper. She was born May 13, 1956 in Casper, Wyoming to Henry and Thelma (Studie) Arcoren.

Karen spent her youth at the Wyoming State Training School in Lander. She lived a short stint of her life in Riverton and Jackson working for Dignity Inc. She later moved to Laramie in 1984. While in Laramie she worked for ARK, The Kourt House, the Wyoming Analytical and the Eppson Center for Seniors.

Karen loved to ride horses, bowl, travel and being around people. She found a lot of excitement participating at the hospitality tent during Jubilee Days. She will be greatly missed by all that new her.

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at the ARK’s Cooper Center for Creative Arts.
