Elsie H. Kreissler Williams
Died October 12, 2022
Born in Lincoln, Missouri February 5, 1923, to Gustave A. and Dora Kreissler.
She moved to Appleton City, Missouri at a young age.
Elsie grew up in Appleton City and graduated from Appleton City High school in 1941.
She moved to Ogden Utah in 1941 where she met and married Harold G. Williams November 15th, 1946. They were married in St. Paul Lutheran Church at 28th and Quincey. They were married 59 years before Harold passed away June 19th, 2006.
Elsie was a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod all her life. She taught Sunday school and was a member of the altar guild at St. Paul.
She loved to bowl and visit her friends. She also loved her trips with family and friends to Wendover. Harold and Elsie took many fun trips in their motor home. She loved watching hummingbirds in her backyard.
She is survived by her son Ron (Beth) Williams, daughter Susan (Dennis) Conger, granddaughter Stephanie Walton, grandson Jeremy (Paula) Conger, granddaughter Kamie (Michael) Dorssom, sister Dolores Fuelling, four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Nephew Christopher (Lindsay) Murphy.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harold, her parents, and brothers Eldor, Edward, Harold, John, and sister Iola.
Many thanks to her friends from Utah who kept in touch with Elsie over the 12 years that she lived in Laramie. Especially Karen and Ben Maxfield, Irene and Charlie Bishop, Midge and Barbara Takahashi, and Norma Gould.
Thank you to Erin Ahrenholtz for six years of dedicated service to Elsie!! You are a blessing.
Thank you for the wonderful care that Elsie received from Encompass Health and the amazing people at Hospice of Laramie, and Dr. Emma Bjore.
Special thanks to Pastor Darrell Debowey for his many visits to Elsie. She really appreciated him so much.
A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church Thursday October 20th at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Debowey officiating.
Donations may be made to Hospice of Laramie and/ or Zion Lutheran of Laramie.

I will miss Elise so much, I am thankful for the time I got to know her. She became wrapped around my heart. Hugs to all of you.
