Edward Quirino Gonzales

Edward Gonzales Jr. passed away July 15, 2024, at the age of 80.
He was born in 1943 in Taos, New Mexico, to Rafelita and Edward Gonzales. The family later moved to Laramie, WY, where he grew up. He graduated from Laramie Senior High School, then shortly after that, he joined the US Navy and was on the U.S.S. Topeka, where he served in the Vietnam War. He later lived in Pueblo, CO for many years before returning to Laramie.
Edward is survived by his seven children, Paul, Stephen, Dawn, Marc, Teresa, Richard, and Edward: 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Annabelle Wurth, Fabiola Gonzales, Alonzo and Sue Gonzales and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Rafelita, siblings Arthur Gonzales, Adelaida Woodward, Fred Gonzales, Diana Clymer and son-in-law Mario Morones.
Edward loved spending time fishing and hunting and just being outdoors. He also likes going gambling, helping family members and helping others with projects. Edward loved being socially active with family and celebrations.
Edwards final wishes were to have no formal services. He will be dearly missed.

May God Bless the Gonzalez family ! I knew the brothers , Fred , Arthur , Edward , and the sisters Diana and Annabelle , I attended St. Lawrence catholic school with them , it was a good time in our lives , they were a very loving family. May Edward RIP !
