Chuck, we talked at the Eppson Center the other day when you came to lunch and my heart is filled with sympathy for you and your family . . . Hopefully your loving memories of your wife will sustain you through the coming months as I know it won't be easy. Sincerely, Dicksie Knight May
To the Palmer Family - condolences and prayers to you after the loss of Donna. She was a great lady with such wit and a sense of humor that I'll always remember. Even a group of rowdy teenage boys could not get the best of her. God Bless.
Chuck and Family, so very sorry to hear of Donna's passing. We enjoyed the friendship with Donna and Chuck while they lived in Laramie. We are out of town and not able to come to the funeral but you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Our Love Dick and Carolyn Wynes
So sorry for your loss, Chuck, Patty and Tim. Donna was a good friend for many years. Still remember the first time we met y'all at the Wy. Good Sam Rally in 2000. Our thoughts and prayers are with your families at this time. Love Betty and Geno
To the Palmer family, I want you to know Donna touched many lives in the years she worked at IMH. She taught many of us the ropes and I learned quickly that a great unit secretary makes a unit run. She was very good at what she did in that role and as the staffer. Forever will remember her. Thanks for sharing her with us. Paula Crespin
Dear Chuck, Tim, and Patti, I am so sorry for your loss. Donna was an amazing woman and she will be remembered for her kind heart. My children will remember her as Bunny Foo Foo. Love hugs and kisses to you and your families at this difficult time. Peace be with you all. Nancy Martino and the Martino Madhouse.
I had the pleasure to work with Donna at IMH. I remember her positive attitude and easy smile. Rest in peace my friend.
