Chris Allen Staley, 63, passed away after a brief illness at Ogden Medical Center in Utah on January 23, 2021. Chris was born in Laramie, Wyoming on March 22, 1957, to Robert Franklin Staley and Helen Anna (Moffitt) Staley. 

He loved the outdoors, hunting, camping, and fishing with his father, family, and friends.  He was mechanically gifted, and was always tinkering with his motorcycles or vehicles.  You would always see him driving around the mountains with his dogs, Buddy and DAWG. 

He is preceded in death by parents; his brother, Kimble Staley; his infant brother, John; and his nephew Shane Staley.

He is survived by his sister, Linda Staley (Chip Terry), nieces, Mysty (Rick) Stricklin, Chantel (Clint) Williams, Sawmber (Jose) Aguirres, Dystaney (Nick) Nordberg, Trynity (Nathan) Fuller and 18 grandnieces and nephews, nephew Brock Staley ; and Shawna Rae Helling. 

A Celebration of his life and a memorial service will take place in Laramie at a date to be announced later in the Spring. Cremation has taken place and arrangements are being handled by Montgomery-Stryker Funeral home.
