Carl A. Rogers, 73, of Cheyenne, formerly of Laramie, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 at Cheyenne Regional Hospital. He was born November 3, 1949 to Ralph and Beulah Rogers in Alma County, Nebraska.
He married Debra L. Howell on March 8, 1975 in Laramie.
Carl enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. He worked for Mountain Cement for 29 years.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, parents and sister.
Carl leaves behind the love of his life Deb Rogers; daughter, Maggie Rogers; brother, Hal Rogers (Kathy); and numerous extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
