Michael Shawn McGee Senior

Laramie, Wyoming – Michael Shawn McGee Senior, beloved son, husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 69.

A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at 11 am on October 19th at First Christian Church in Laramie, Wyoming. Following the service, a reception with food, drinks, and a barrage of storytelling will take place next door at the VFW. All are welcome to come, share memories, laughter, and celebrate the incredible life of Mike McGee.

A good friend. Mike was always a blessing to us, as we always tried to be a blessing to him. Nonetheless, we surely received the better part of that deal. Mike would say "don't call me Shirley". Blessings to his kids, also good friends, and especially Julie - Gayle & Hephzibah

Si sorry to hear this sad news of Mike's passing... He and I went to Senior Prom and he looked so dashing in his 2 piece 1970's suit. Hard to believe that was 51 years ago. I'm so happy to know he had such a loving and large family with grandchildren who no doubt brought greatest Joy. My condolences to each one, and the many friends he made on Life's Journey... 💜💜🙏💜💜
