I've always considered Anita and Al my Aunt and Uncle. They were definitely a huge part of our family. When my dad died Al told me that dad was his best friend. I was so blessed when he told me that. Our Gildea family could hardly wait to go to Halfmoon with the Hilims & Eberharts & Baths & Strittmatters & Drumonds ,the list really goes on. I'm so grateful that we shared our lives together. Anita will be missed, she touched many lives with her sincerity & sweetness. We have had so much fun at the cabin. The entire family has been so hospitable every time we went to the cabin. See you in Heaven we'll spend eternity together.

Fond memories of growing up with the Hilim family, Anita was always so lovely, and yes, forever smiling. She taught me baton twirling lessons in their backyard in the late 1960’s, I would proudly march along 9th street with the LHS Marching Band as a little eight year old girl. Paul and I send our love and condolences.
