Judith Lynn Sugarman was born in Salt Lake City Utah on June 15th, 1942. She grew up in Rocky Ford and Fort Collins Colorado. In adulthood she moved to Wyoming, where she resided until her death on February 6th, 2025. Judy was best described as one
